I just finished this painting at The Gallery at el Pedregal while working as their Artist In Residence. "A Rose is a Rose" is from beautiful roses I bought for props in a portrait painting. They were so pretty I had to do a painting of just the roses. I loved painting the light on the pedals.
I have another one on the easel. (Of course I have several rabbits on my easel too!)
