This is another one of the rescued mountain lion cubs. Boys will be boys! One of the cubs was very outgoing and adventurous. The other cub was more timid than his brother. They were so fun to observe and photograph.
They were orphaned at approximately 4 weeks old when their mother was hit by a car. They were fortunate to be rescued by the Southwest Wildlife Conservation Center. A mother mountain lion teaches her cubs how to hide from predators and hunt. These cubs missed out on learning these skills. Echo and Dash will be permanent residents in the safety of the SWCC.
