A Hare of Herradura © "JoyEful Party Animals"™ was finished yesterday while I was working as an Artist in Residence at the Gallery at el Pedregal. I will be working there again today. Stop by and see my current commissions on my easel. (Two of them need to be finished by the end of March in time for “snow birds” to migrate with them to habitats in the North!)

Desert Tails © "JoyEful Party Animals"™ Finally finished! This was a fun commission for a great couple! I got my puppy fix meeting and painting Rusty and Ginger. It was puppy love at first sight. I had a bit of a challenge deciding on the perfect background for my fuzzy friends. A hike on Pinnacle Peak provided the inspiration for the setting of these three loveable creatures. I love my job and the new trails it lets me explore!
