It is an honor to be invited to create a plate design for the Diamondback’s General Manager, Kevin Towers, for the Diamondbacks Home Plate Project.  The plates are currently being auctioned off to benefit several local non-profit organizations.  One of the organizations provides a safe house for women and children of domestic violence. Another one supports an afterschool program for youth. Ronald McDonald House and Ozanam Manor are also on the list.

You can go to the following site to bid on my plate to support these wonderful community outreach programs.  Bidding ends August 2, 2013!

A homage to Kevin Towers and his nickname “The Gunslinger” due to his willingness to make risky moves for his baseball teams. Artwork done by Joye DeGoede and check out her other work at joyesart.com.
